General terms and conditions
General terms and conditions for the website and web shop Domaine Slapšak, https://www.domaine-slapsak.com (hereafter “website and web shop”) , define the rights and obligations of the website provider, Domaine Slapšak, DS PENINA, d.o.o. (from hereon “provider”), and each user and/or client of the website and web shop (hereafter “user”).
In case of purchase of Domaine Slapšak products from other vendors, the general terms and conditions of these vendors are applicable.
The web shop Domaine Slapšak sells its products to individuals and companies (legal persons) residing in the Republic of Slovenia.
The present General terms and conditions define the terms of use of the website and conditions for the purchase of products in the web shop www.domaine-slapsak.com. They are drafted according to the Slovenian Consumer protection act, Personal data protection act, and the EU General data protection regulation. Any user of the website and web shop confirms they are aware of and agree with all the provisions of these General terms and conditions and Privacy policy, and accepts them in full.

Signing in/registration
Signing in or registration is not necessary on the website and web shop. In order to make a purchase, only the personal data necessary for the purchase, payment, and delivery of the ordered products is required.
Age of website and web shop users
Users of the website and web shop must be of legal age, particularly when they wish to purchase products that contain alcohol. If the user of the web shop is not of legal age when purchasing products containing alcohol, the provider withdraws from the contract. By accepting the general terms and conditions, the user confirms that he/she is over 18 years of age. The Minister of Health warns: excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health.
Main characteristics of product
Product descriptions in the web shop include all essential product characteristics.
Product prices
Product prices are listed in the web shop next to the description of each product. The descriptions also include any potential special prices for purchase of several products at the same time, and time limits for these offers, if applicable.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices of the products, as listed in product descriptions, do not include delivery costs. Delivery cost is calculated in the cart during the order completion process and depends on the number of products ordered.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price that is published at the time of placing the order is valid. All prices are valid only for electronic ordering of products through the web shop.
Product ordering process
- The user selects the products he/she wants to purchase and the desired quantity of products by adding them to the cart. In doing so, he/she immediately sees the contents of the basket and the prices of the selected products, without the delivery costs. From here on, the total number of products in the cart is displayed in the upper right corner of the website.
- When the user decides to complete the purchase, he/she clicks on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next step. Then they enter the payer’s details: name, last name, company name (if applicable), postal address, telephone number and e-mail address. If the delivery address differs from the payer’s address, the user can enter a different delivery address. When this is complete, the user proceeds to the summary of the order with the final price, which includes delivery costs. The user then selects the desired option from the available payment methods and enters the information needed to make the payment.

- Direct bank transfer: when this option is selected, the instructions for this type of payment appear within the same page.
- PayPal: when this option is selected, the instructions for this type of payment appear within the same page.
- Credit card: when this option is selected, the fields for credit card information entry appear.
- SEPA Direct Debit: when this option is selected, the instructions for this type of payment appear within the same page.
4. Order confirmation: the user will receive the order summary and confirmation at the provided e-mail address.
Delivery of ordered products and delivery costs
Delivery of products within the territory of Slovenia typically takes two to three working days, or is done within the time stated on the website at the time of purchase.
Should the delivery time extend for more than 5 (five) days, the provider will inform the user of the delay by phone or by e-mail.
In the event that the provider ships the ordered products on time, but a delay in delivery later occurs on the part of the delivery contractor, the provider is not responsible for the delayed delivery.
The contractual partner providing the delivery service is responsible for lost or damaged shipments. The provider will send new products immediately after the notification of damage or loss of the shipment. If the shipment with the ordered products is physically damaged, part of the order is missing or shows signs of opening, the user must report the complaint to the provider’s contractual delivery partner and alert also the provider. The provider, together with the contractual partner, undertakes that the complaint will be resolved in a timely fashion.
Client identification
The provider and contractual delivery partner reserve the right to verify, in an appropriate manner, the identity of the recipient of the ordered products and his/her majority (they can request to see a personal identification document with a photograph).
Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the user (buyer) agrees to the General terms and conditions, when he/she confirms that he is not a minor, and when the provider sends him/her a confirmation message after placing the order. The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the contract.
Withdrawal from purchase and refund of purchase price
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the user has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that he/she is withdrawing from the order. Notice of withdrawal can be sent to the e-mail address info@domaine-slapsak.com or by post to the address DS PENINA, d.o.o., Telče 5A, 8295 Tržišče, Slovenia.
The user must return the goods to the provider no later than 30 days from the submitted notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The products, which must be undamaged, in the original packaging and of unchanged quantity, must be returned to the address DS PENINA, d.o.o., Telče 5A, 8295 Tržišče, Slovenia. The shipping cost for the return is paid by the user. The user must enclose an invoice or confirmation of purchase, personal identification information, and the number of the bank account to which the provider should return the payment for the purchase.
If, after inspecting the returned goods, the provider confirms that the products fulfill all the conditions for a refund, the provider will refund the user in full. The provider will refund the user as soon as possible, or no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal and receipt of returned products.
Order refusal
The provider reserves the right to refuse an order if he finds that he cannot execute it under the stated conditions and with the available information.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
The provider will endeavor to resolve any disputes out of court. In this, he will make use of the European Commission’s out-of-court dispute resolution tool, available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&Ing=EN.
Liability for material defects
The provider is liable for material defects, as defined in the Slovenian Consumer protection act.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The legal relations between the buyers and the provider are regulated by the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be settled amicably; failing that, disputes will be handled by Krško district court or another legally competent court with material jurisdiction over such cases.

All rights on the website and web shop are reserved. All information and materials, both text and images, are subject to copyright or other forms of intellectual property protection, and are the property of DS PENINA, d.o.o., and its partners whose content is included on the website and web shop. The user may use the content on the domaine-slapsak.com website and web shop for his/her personal use only; all other uses are not permitted.
